Integrations and automation
Systems that talk to each other and processes that run themselves. Nobody retypes data.
Take the quick scan →In short
An integration makes your systems exchange data automatically, so nobody retypes orders, customers or invoices. Automation goes a step further: recurring processes run on their own, from a daily report to an order that flows straight into your accounting. Praevide builds both for SMEs.
Sound familiar?
- 01
Orders from your webshop are entered into your accounting by hand.
- 02
Every week someone copies figures from five systems into one spreadsheet.
- 03
Customer data lives in your CRM, your email tool and your invoicing, and it is never quite right anywhere.
- 04
A fixed process depends on one colleague remembering to do it.
What we connect and automate
Accounting and invoicing
Such as Exact Online: orders, customers and invoices flowing back and forth automatically.
CRM, webshop and planning
One source of truth instead of three versions.
Marketing data
Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta together in one overview.
Messaging and email
Automatic confirmations, reminders and notifications, for example via CM.com.
Booking and card systems
Integrations with the systems you use on site.
Workflows
Recurring tasks that start by themselves at a set time or on an event, built in code or with tools like n8n.
Exports
Overviews automatically to PDF, Word or Excel.
A visitor update and a forecast, every morning
For an organisation with six locations, a workflow runs every morning that collects visitor numbers, sends an update on how busy it is and forecasts the next five days. Nobody has to gather it by hand any more.
How we approach it
First we map which data comes from where and where it needs to go. Then we build the integration that removes the most manual work, and measure whether it works. Every integration is monitored: if something goes wrong, we get an alert straight away.

Frequently asked questions
An API is the "socket" a system uses to share data. An integration connects two of those sockets, so data moves automatically and without typos.
Most modern systems have an API. If a system does not, there are often other routes, such as an export or a secure file exchange. We look at this during the introduction.
We monitor integrations automatically. On any error we get an alert and fix it, often before you notice.
Data travels encrypted, keys and passwords never sit in the code, and we work under a GDPR data processing agreement.
A tool is quick and easy to adjust for simple flows. Code is more robust for high volumes, complex logic or sensitive data. We pick what fits your situation.
