One learning environment for four brands, each on its own domain

An organisation with four brands needed to show that mandatory training was in order. For an audit, it had to be visible per location who had completed which training.

Instead of four separate environments, we built one platform with its own domain and house style per brand. Content is managed in Payload CMS, so the team creates and updates courses themselves.

Employees log in with a code by email, without a password. They follow courses with a final test and receive a PDF certificate in their brand’s style. Managers assign courses, see per location who has finished and export the overview for an audit. The platform works as a web app on the phone.

Four brands on one codebase, in production, and training that is demonstrably in order at any moment.
