Earning and redeeming in an app, on top of any card system

Entertainment venues work with a card system for payments and games, but without their own way of rewarding guests and bringing them back.

We built the loyalty programme as a layer on top of the existing card system, so nothing has to be replaced. Every venue gets its own theme and its own earning rules.

Guests link their card in the app, earn points with purchases and challenges and redeem them on site. The balance is always the sum of all entries, and every entry counts only once. The operator manages everything in its own portal. Parental consent is built in for young users.
