Medical transport planned and ready for invoicing, in one platform
The situation
At a medical transport company, trip and order administration ran partly on spreadsheets and printed lists, and partly on an outdated system. Data was entered several times, and preparing invoices took hours every week.
The approach
We mapped the whole chain, from incoming order to invoice, and built the platform in steps. Because it involves healthcare-related data, security and privacy were part of the design from day one.
The solution
The platform digitises the whole operation: order, trip, driver and invoice. Orders are bundled per customer and cost centre and are ready for invoicing every Monday morning. Staff log in with two-step verification, and data is separated per organisation.
The result
16 to 20 hours less manual administration per week, one source of truth for planning and invoicing, and a system that grows with the business.
