AI agents that take work off your hands
Agents that take over tasks inside your existing systems, alone or together. You review and decide.

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to carry out tasks on its own, such as summarising figures, sorting documents or drafting a reply. For larger processes we let several agents work together, each with its own role. Praevide builds agents that work inside your existing systems, refer to their sources and always let a person decide before anything goes out. No hype: only where it demonstrably saves work.
What an AI agent is good at
Summarising and spotting trends
Seeing trends in your figures and turning them into a weekly overview with action points.
Sorting and classifying
Incoming emails, requests or documents to the right place or person.
Preparing drafts
A first version of a reply, report or quote text, which you review.
Extracting data from documents
Fields from invoices, forms or PDFs taken over into your system.
Agents working together
Several agents, each with its own role, such as collecting, analysing and drafting, passing the work on to one another.
What we do not use it for
We do not leave decisions about people, such as selection or assessment, to an agent. And if a plain integration or a rule in code does the same job, that is cheaper and more reliable. We will say so.
How we build an agent
Read about our approach →- 01
Scope the work
Which tasks come back often, take a lot of time and are easy to check? That is where we start, with one agent or a few working together.
- 02
Assess the risk
Per system we determine which risk class under the EU AI Act applies.
- 03
Build with oversight
The agent shows what its result is based on, and a person approves.
- 04
Measure
We check whether the agent really saves time, and stop if it does not.
What we build with
Only where it demonstrably saves work. Every agent has a clear role, with sources shown and human approval.

From practice
Frequently asked questions
Yes. An agent can carry out several tasks, and for larger processes several agents work together. Every agent gets a clear role and limits, so you can always see who did what.
No. A chatbot holds a conversation. An agent carries out a task inside your systems, often without any conversation at all.
We work with models from Anthropic and OpenAI, among others, and pick what fits each task, also in terms of privacy and cost.
We only send the data the task needs, and where possible no personal data. Agreements are recorded in a data processing agreement.
Most SME use cases fall into a low risk class, mainly with transparency duties: users need to know they are dealing with AI. We assess this per system.
That is why a person approves the result before it goes live, and the agent refers to its source. That makes errors easy to spot.
