All our software runs on servers in the EU, with separate test and production environments and daily backups. Even when the assignment does not ask for it.
Information security following ISO 27001 principles
Our way of working is set up in line with the principles of ISO 27001. Not yet formally certified.
Responsible AI
Designed in line with the EU AI Act: a risk assessment per system, human oversight, and users always see when they are dealing with AI.
Healthcare and privacy
GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement. For healthcare applications we work according to the principles of NEN 7510.
Security in the code
Automated scans for leaked passwords and vulnerable components, data separated per organisation, and an application that only has the database rights it needs.

Do you work with medical or other sensitive data? Then we discuss up front which requirements apply, record the agreements in a data processing agreement and disclose every sub-processor.
The above describes our way of working and design principles. Where we say "in line with" or "following the principles of", this refers to our internal setup. It is not a formal certification, unless explicitly agreed otherwise per assignment and demonstrable.
